SUMMARY:ESSO - Advanced Course on Breast Cancer Surgery
DESCRIPTION:The Level 2 Advanced Course on Breast Cancer Surgery\, organized by the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO)\, will take place on 22–24 October 2026 at Hotel NH Danube City in Vienna\, Austria. \nThis interactive workshop will explore evidence-based and multidisciplinary approaches to breast cancer surgery through expert lectures\, case discussions\, video-based sessions\, practical training with synthetic models\, and mock multidisciplinary team meetings. Key topics will include nipple-sparing mastectomy\, breast-conserving surgery\, ductal carcinoma in situ\, neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment\, axillary management\, and breast cancer in young patients and during pregnancy.
