Jennifer McCormack-Venhorst\, PhD\, Senior Scientist Integrator at TNO\, will present AutoTSA: Faster Target Safety Decisions for Drug Discovery\, highlighting an AI-driven approach that uses generative AI and large language model-based tools to support automated target safety assessments while maintaining human oversight. \nAnthe Janssen\, PhD\, Assistant Professor at Leiden University and Co-founder and CSO of Omivera\, will discuss target engagement profiling using chemical proteomics and the CellEKT platform\, which measures investigational compound interactions across a broad range of kinase and non-kinase targets in living-cell systems. Together\, the presentations will examine how AI-enabled safety assessment and in-cell target engagement profiling can help accelerate and de-risk small-molecule discovery programs.
