DESCRIPTION:The Community 365 Roundtable: “Sustaining Our Oncology Professions – Meeting Their Needs” is a virtual event hosted by the European Cancer Organisation (ECO). \nScheduled for October 23\, 2025\, from 15:00 to 17:30 CEST\, this roundtable aims to address the pressing workforce challenges in oncology and their impact on patient care and access to innovation. Through three focused panels – on cancer nursing workforce conditions\, the workforce needs of precision cancer medicine\, and the twin workforce and innovation requirements of radioligand therapy – the discussion will highlight pressing skills gaps in cancer care. \nThe event will be chaired by Mirjam Crul\, Oncology Pharmacist at Amsterdam University Medical Centre and Co-Chair of ECO’s Workforce Network\, and Wendy Oldenmenger\, Assistant Professor in Palliative Care and (hemato)oncology nursing research at Erasmus MC\, also Co-Chair of ECO’s Workforce Network.
