DESCRIPTION:The Multidisciplinary GI Oncology Summit 2026: Advances in Gastrointestinal Cancer Care\, Biomarkers\, and Team-Based Treatment Strategies\, organized by Binaytara\, will take place on October 3\, 2026 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus\, Ohio. \nThis one-day CME/CE-accredited conference will bring together specialists in medical oncology\, surgical oncology\, radiation oncology\, gastroenterology\, pathology\, radiology\, pharmacy\, nursing\, and multidisciplinary cancer care to review evidence-based advances in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal malignancies. \nThe program will emphasize collaborative\, team-based care and include multidisciplinary discussions on current clinical practice\, emerging biomarkers\, recent treatment advances\, and areas of unmet research need that may inform future drug development. \nThe meeting is co-chaired by Brent Xia\, MD\, FACS\, FSSO\, of St. Elizabeth Healthcare\, and Ibrahim Sahin\, MD\, of the University of Michigan\, and is designed for physicians\, advanced practice providers\, pharmacists\, nurses\, and other professionals involved in GI cancer care.
