Agora 2025 will offer a platform for emerging leaders to collaborate\, discuss the challenges in radiation oncology\, and ensure that diverse perspectives are included in these discussions. Participants will reflect on societal and health trends impacting the discipline. \nIn line with ESTRO’s goals\, the initiative will foster long-term involvement from these future leaders\, guiding them through a shared journey aimed at progressing radiotherapy over the next decade.
