Shibu Varghese recognized as a Leader of Distinction for the Healthcare Front of the Front-Line Awards

Shibu Varghese was recognized by HRO Today as a Leader of Distinction for the Healthcare Front of the Front-Line Awards.

Shibu Varghese is the Senior Vice President for People, Culture, and Infrastructure at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he also serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for over 22,000 employees.

In this role, he establishes the strategic direction for key services within Human Resources, including Ombuds, Facilities Management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as overseeing the University of Texas Police in Houston.

His responsibilities encompass the management and direction of various human resources programs, such as the Leadership Institute, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Employee Development, the Business Partner Organization, Employee Health and Well-Being, Wellness initiatives, Employee Recognition programs, Payroll, and the HR Service Center.
